STUDIO - Available now for rent

Studio just outside DTLA in Lincoln Heights

I've had this working photography studio for 9 years and looking for a hard working busy photographer to occupy it with me! You would be using it day in day out & have 24 hour access to it, I use it occasional and keep my equipment there.  It's roughly 2000 square feet and has 12 ft & 9 ft seamless installations. Gated parking and secure doors. Freight elevator for loading in gear. You'll have the freedom to create sets and paint walls for different backgrounds if you'd like.

Kitchen with frig, stove, dishwasher & microwave.  Bathroom with washer/dryer, shower, sink and toliet.

Separate room with couch for clients and makeup station.

ABOUT YOU:  You should be a driven photographer/artist who is looking for a great space to propel your shooting forward. Someone who is clean and picks up after their shoots. You have your own lights.  Are comfortable using an online calendar (like on a smart phone) that both of use can see so no double booking of studio happens. You have a place you already live in and need a work only studio.

rental Price

$2000 a month with $1500 deposit minimum 6 month agreement.  You get access to main room (in photos) and client/ makeup room,  shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

Utilities included- water/power and internet.

Studio comes with monthly amenity of these items: case of paper towels and toilet paper from Costco and once a month cleaning lady.

Third room is rented out to other artist that you will share kitchen and bathroom with. That room has it's own access door from hallway and interior door into main room.

I come with the place, there's no getting around that. I typically only shoot there 5-6 times a month and at night mostly but that can fluctuate.

I've shared this space with other artists and it's worked out great.  It should be a fun and easy-going environment that is key to that success!
